We experienced degraded application performance from 3:14 PM to 3:40 PM due to elevated MongoDB write volume. During this period, some users may have experienced slow responses or intermittent errors. We mitigated the issue by increasing database capacity and service returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor database write load and performance.
